小春俚語(yǔ) | Under the weather 身體不適

今天我們來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)這個(gè)俚語(yǔ)表達(dá):
Under the weather
under是在...下方， the weather是天氣，但看字面意思是在天氣之下，可以理解為跟不上天氣這么好，還可以是比不上今天的天氣；
所以u(píng)nder the weather經(jīng)常用來(lái)形容心情不好，身體不適，不舒服的意思，不好到還跟不上今天的天氣了。但是沒(méi)有sick 或者 ill那么嚴(yán)重哦。
來(lái)看看這倆個(gè)句子：
1.TShe said that she wasn't sick, but just feeling under the weather. 她說(shuō)她沒(méi)病，只是感到有點(diǎn)不適而已。 2.However, while my throat was under the weather, my overall health condition was bettering. 盡管喉嚨還是有些不適，我的身體狀況總體都好起來(lái)了。
