每年春天，南方的雨季如期而至。正值回南天，空氣都彌漫著濕氣。如何用英語準確描述“空氣濕潤“、”衣服潮濕”、“房間濕冷”… 今天，小編就和大家一起學一學吧！

moist

slightly wet： 微濕的，讓人感到舒適的。

There is a moist wind from the sea.
海上吹來一陣濕潤的風。

Water the plant regularly to keep the soil moist.
按時給植物澆水以保持土壤濕潤。

 

damp

不干燥，使人感到不舒服的潮濕感。

This room is cold and damp.
這間房間又冷又濕。

There's still damp in these clothes.
這些衣服還有點潮。

 

dank

陰暗潮濕的，令人不適的。

The dark ,dank cave gave me the willies.
陰暗潮濕的山洞使我感到心驚肉跳。

I'm fed up with this dank weather;it's time we had some sunshine.
我受夠了這種陰濕天氣，該出出太陽了。

humid

空氣濕度大的。

The air is so humid that our beach towels hanging on the line never really got dry.
空氣濕度太大了，我們晾著的浴巾總是干不了。

The humid climate didn't agree with him.
潮濕的天氣讓他感到不舒服。

wet

含有水分或其他液體，強調(diào)濕的。

Wet weather may continue for a few more days.
多雨的天氣可能還要持續(xù)好幾天。

The wet grass sparkles in the sun.
雨后的小草在太陽下閃閃發(fā)光。

soaked/drenched/sodden/sopping

基本意思是“浸濕”，強調(diào)完全濕透了。

She's soaked/drenched to the skin in the rain.
在雨中，她被淋成落湯雞。

My shirt was sodden with sweat after exercise.
運動后， 我的襯衫被汗水濕透了。

Your colthes are sopping.
你衣服濕透了。

waterish

帶有水分的。

The kitty washes its face with its waterish calws.
貓咪用舔濕的爪子洗臉。
